The terms that apply to tuition with Grade Power Academy and use of this website.

About these terms

These terms apply to tuition provided by Grade Power Academy ([To be confirmed: legal name and address]) and to your use of this website.

The free insight class

The free 30-minute insight class is free of charge and lasts 30 minutes. There is no obligation to book further tuition afterwards.

Lessons

Lessons take place online. Lesson times, frequency and length are agreed between the tutor and the family. A parent or guardian is responsible for arranging tuition for a child.

Prices and payment

Current prices are shown on our Pricing page. Payment terms: [To be confirmed: when payment is due, accepted methods and invoicing].

Cancellations and rescheduling

Ending tuition

Results

We work hard to support every student’s progress, but outcomes depend on many factors, so we cannot guarantee specific grades or exam results.

We expect respectful behaviour from everyone in lessons. Please see our Safeguarding page for how we keep students safe online.
