- the student’s name, year group, subjects, current level and areas they find difficult;
- preferred lesson days and times, and how you heard about us;
- for referrals, the name and contact details of the family you refer (with their agreement);
- any other information you include in a message.
Because tuition is for children and young people, some of this information relates to children. We only ask for what we need to arrange and deliver tuition, and we ask that forms are completed by a parent or guardian.
How we use your information
- to respond to enquiries and arrange the free insight class;
- to plan and deliver tuition, and share feedback and progress updates with parents;
- to manage bookings, communication and, where applicable, payments;
- to process referrals;
- to keep our website secure and prevent spam.
